CONSTRUCTION OF DENSE BITUMINOUS MACADAM ROAD

Step 1: Preparation of sub base and base by using GSB WMM in top base layer

Step 2 : Application of Tack Coat : The bitumen binder is heated up to required temperature and a tack coat is applied to the surface.

Step 3: Preparation and placing of Premix ( Bitumen Macadam )

Step 4: Rolling A mix after it is placed on the base is thoroughly compacted by rolling by 8 to 12 tones.
